As a fiber artist the last twenty five years, I’ve worked with my hands, threading and weaving yarn into patterns and shapes of color. So it was a natural transition to the healing arts of massage, kneading the muscles of the body, releasing and transforming energy into a sense of lightness and well being. Massage reaches deeper than musculature, unlocking stored pain and feelings, restoring vitality and healing energy to the whole self. It’s a practice of preventative self care that has benefits for the whole person. That is my commitment and joy. I’m a weaver of yarns and people.
